Drop In Sessions

Our office is open for face-to-face sessions with an adviser. These are first come first serve, sit and wait sessions. Please bring as much related documentation as possible relating to your case to ensure the adviser can give as much relevant advice as possible during the session.

Friday 9.30 – 12.30


Telephone Advice

Please call our reception line where a colleague will take some initial details and place you on our internal task list for a telephone call back from an adviser within 7 working days.

Please send an email including details of your situation and an adviser will reply to your request within 7 working days.
